The CERN leave year ends on 30 September. If you have been unable to take all your annual leave by then, you can carry over a maximum of 30 days to the following leave year. Any days over this 30-day limit will be lost.

Regarding the Short-Term Saved Leave (STSLS), 22 days can be transferred to the next leave year. Any unused days over these 22 days will be automatically transferred to Long-Term Saved Leave (LTSLS).

If you have not used up your annual leave but have used up your Short-Term Leave (STSLS), you can change the type of leave indicated in your EDH document, afterwards, to avoid losing any days of leave. The change must be made before 30 September.

It's important for your mental and physical well-being that you take your leave!
