Good news concerning the retrieval of money from other bancomants than the BCGE: the retrieval of money is free of charge under certain conditions: when the option "direct debit" is requested by the client and activated by VISECA, the retrievals of money are free of charge to a certain pre-established limit. However, it requires that the monthly payments are being done by a LSV directly on your account BCGE, and not by a transfer slip. This offer is thus free of charge for all bancomants in Switzerland, except for those of the Postfinance.

If the option "debit direct" is not activated, the cost of the cash retrievals are min. 5 CHF for the retrievals in Switzerland and min. 10 CHF for retrievals abroad.

This means that it is now possible to retrieve money for free in the bancomats at CERN with a VISA or MASTERCARD BCGE without any costs.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in case of payment by LSV, the cost of recieving a paper invoice costs 1.50 CHF.

To avoid this cost, we invite you to inscribe on  www.Myaccount.ch, and request that the invoice be sent in an electronical format on MyAccount.

NB: From 1st January 2014 the bank charges additionnal fees for customers who are not living in Switzerland of 25 CHF every 3 months.
